I think the happiness has waned, generally speaking, because a lot of women still want the traditional life of what a successful woman was once measured by (wife, kids, house, pet, etc.). I think a lot of women have taken the alternative because marriage has become obscure in the minds of a lot of men.I still think that if you want to be a loving, successful housewife, you should strive for that and do the best job possible once you get it. There are still some men out there who want the traditional woman by their side!
