Will You Be Wearing ‘She by Sheree’?

Atlanta “Housewife” Sheree Whitfield is moving at lightspeed now to get her She by Sheree up and running and into stores. The line, which has been touted heavily on her reality TV show, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” — the No. 1 rated show on Bravo — debuted at New York Fashion Week a few weeks ago. While it didn’t seem to knock people down, the buzz is that it held its own among the heavyweights. Sheree is coy about where her merchandise will be available but it’s obvious she’s shooting for the prime boutiques.
There has been some “rough edges,” associated with the line. Like the Craigslist call for models two weeks ago, but the line looks ripe enough to shine now.
A successful launch would be a major coup for Whitfield, who divorced former Atlanta Falcons player Bob Whitfield after less than 10 years of marriage.
Sheree’s competition comes from another upstart fashion designer, co-star Lisa Wu Hartwell, who runs several businesses, including a jewelry line, a children’s clothing line and a real estate business.
Tensions have simmered between the two since one found out the other was starting a fashion line. Will you be rocking that She by Sheree?
