Stacey Dash: My husband beat me

Actress Stacey Dash says she was beaten by her former husband, Emmanuel Xuereb. She was allegedly hit in the head and face by Xuereb.
Dash was awarded a restraining order by a judge on the same day the divorce was filed. Dash, who has two children from two previous relationships, and actor Xuereb were married in 2007.
Speculation about the couple’s marriage was fueled earlier this year when Dash showed up with Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx at the 2010 Oscars. Was it a publicity stunt, or is Foxx the new Sweet Daddy?
Dash, known for her role in the TV show, “Clueless,” and for some star turns in music videos.
In any event, if Dash was being beaten, it’s a good chance that her family did’nt know about it. Dash has a brother, Darien, as well as first-cousin Dame Dash, the former CEO of Roc-a-Fella Records, who would tap that if things got out of hand.
But it’s a shame how nobody can find true love anymore. It doesn’t matter your status, looks, or even your heart. Love’s in need, people.
