50 Cent speaks on Lil Kim-Nicky Minaj feud (video)

More instigation of the supposed Lil Kim-Nicky Minaj beef came this week when 50 Cent put all 50 pennies of his into the fray, using the moment to dump on Diddy, Minaj’s new manager.
Asked what he thought triggered the feud with Kim and Nicky, 50 said it boiled down to jealousy and hypocrisy on Diddy’s part: ”It’s probably a little more irritating [to Lil Kim] to see Puffy stand next to Nicki Minaj and for him to say that [Rick] Ross reminds him of Biggie.”
50, of course, has a grudge against Diddy for his alliance with Rick “BAUCE” Ross, who slayed 50 in a dissing war last year.
50 said Diddy managing Nicky was a slight a Lil Kim and showed that his best days are behind him. ”That’s desperation on his part, ’cause his music sucks right now,” 50 told a Phoenix radio station. “It’s bad so he’s gotta kinda stay as close as he can to something else that has some momentum for it to be aight.”
But is Nicky Minaj biting Lil Kim’s style?
“It’s obvious,” 50 said. “Sshe was inspired by some of Kim’s [style]. But that’s not bad. There’s not a whole lot of female artists that you can make reference to, so you’ll see those little influences even stronger. I think she’s hot — I think she’s got a good little thing going right now, as far as Nicki Minaj is concerned.”
