The Celebrity Baby Boom

From Hollywood to the Empire State, everybody’s doing it.
And if you’re a celebrity, you’re pregnant.
Right this minute.
Halle Berry. Alicia Keys. Mariah Carey is rumored to have a bun in the oven (which they deny, so far), and the list goes on.
Even non-celebrities like Khloe Kardashian (Mrs. Odom if ya nasty) are claiming to be preg — oh wait, that’s blubber.
Folks, we are smackdab in the middle of a Celebrity Baby Boom.
And the funny thing is, just a little while ago, we were in the middle of a black-baby-adoption boom.
What’s going on?
Is it the moon, the stars?
Well, if we go back about 8 – 9 months ago, we can trace the time of conception to around October/November. Hmmm, what was going on then?
It was in the heat of the Tiger Woods scandal, and perhaps couples were feeling a certain kind of way, feeling the need to prove their loves as one powerful male celebrity after another confessed to an affair.
And truthfully, not everyone is preggers, yet.
But the rumors persist — there are rumors that even Amy Winehouse is fertile (wonder of all wonders).
