When is Beyonce going to play Wonder Woman?

While the Comic Book God’s took the liberty to release the redesign of the age-old costume of Wonder Woman today, we thought it was appropriate to look at someone who has been itching to play the part for a couple years now: Beyonce.
Ms. Sasha Fierce was reportedly in early talks to play the character as D.C. Comics looked for ways to catch up to Marvel Comics in big-screen projects (Marvel is readying the release of Thor after a string of movie hits, including Spider-Man, the Hulk, X-Men and Iron Man.)
At the time, Bey’s representatives pushed studios for the idea, without much success.
“It would be great,” she said at the time. “And it would be a very bold choice. A black Wonder Woman would be a powerful thing. It’s time for that, right?”
But can Bey play the Amazon?
Can an old lady do the “Single Ladies” Dance?
