With no wardrobe malfunctions, Madonna’s performed with Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. at halftime for Super Bowl XLVI and rocked the nation.
Toward the end of the show, rapper M.I.A., 36, flipped the bird toward a camera.
The crowd really got live with ATL hip-hop artist Cee Lo Green came out with a marching band, and LMFAO joined Madonna at center stage for “Sexy and I Know It.”
Nicki Minaj seemed as surprised as the fans that she was featured on the stage. But she did her thing.
Madonna wrapped up her performance with “Like a Prayer.”

Coldplay’s Chris Martin may have paid Rihanna the ultimate compliment: “She’s one of the top five singers in the world,” Martin told Entertainment Weekly.
Rihanna has been criticized for not being a pure singer, with some saying that she can’t sing at all.

But that’s not with Coldplay frontman Martin had to say about the “Talk That Talk” singer, who collaborated on a song, “Princess of China“, together.

Martin said he had Riri in mind from the beginning.

“While we were working on it, I was thinking, ‘I wish Rihanna was singing this.’ That was around the time of Rated R, when she was singing dark stuff like ‘Russian Roulette.’ I got nervous to ask [drummer] Will [Champion], because I knew he would say, ‘Well, we don’t really have guests on the records,’ but then I asked him and it was accepted as an idea. But the song itself was always asking for her.”

The process of recording with the Barbados native “was very organic,” he said. “I played her the song on the piano, and then she said ‘OK, leave it to me.’ And then the next thing you know, you’ve got a f—ing beautiful Rihanna record. She’s amazing. And by the way, she could sing the menu and it would sound amazing. Believe me, I thought about doing that — just replacing the rest of our album with her singing the menu. ‘Two ninety-nine!’”

Although it is just making news, Rihanna has had a blonde head of hair since last fall. She performed in London with a platinum coif as far back as November 2012.
The singer yesterday tweeted: @rihanna: #Back2Work 1st Cover of the year!!!! #ELLE. And  ’Bleach + weave #WERQ.’The photo went viral (tx Rihanna Navy!) but it wasn’t the first time she’s had lightning-colored hair.

Kelly Rowland released her third single from her “Here I Am” album last week, “Keep It Between Us,” featuring actor Lance Gross.
Rowland has been known to use actors and other celebs in her visuals: Nelly, 50 Cent and others have all starred onscreen with the former Destiny’s Child star.
“Keep It Between Us” features Gross as a former lover that doesn’t want to lose Rowland.

Vanessa Bryant, estranged wife of Laker’s Kobe Bryant, may or may not join VH1′s “Basketball Wives,” according to reports.

It was reported over the weeekend that  producers are putting together “an extremely lucrative pitch for Vanessa” … for her to become a recurring character.

Well, according to VH1, which owns the franchise, “Production has not reached out to Vanessa at this time.”

So that’s it. Anything else implying her imminent inclusion in the show is rumor. Early reports even said, “Vanessa has more than enough storyline and would bring the show to another level,” a source tells TMZ.

It may happen, but it’s nowhere close to being presented by either party. If it does, happen it would be huge.

“Basketball Wives,” executive-produced by Shaunie O’Neal, would reunite the wives of two of the biggest stars on the Lakers in the early 2000s.

Vanessa would be seen reportedly as a lead on the show, taking some of the screen time from Amani Showalter, who is waffling on whether she’ll return to the show or not.

Vanessa, whose split with Kobe, gave her three mansions reportedly worth around $75, would join the “L.A.” cast and not Miami.

After her birth two weeks ago, Beyonce, Jay-Z are reportedly thinking about moving overseas to protect baby Blue Ivy.

The move would put two of the former Destiny’s Child members in foreign countries. In 2010, Kelly Rowland bought a home in London, where she blew up as a house music star.

A source told Look Magazine that Bey and Jay are considering uprooting themselves from NYC and relocating to a new country, possibly France, to escape the high-profile madness in the states.

“I can even see them moving to somewhere like France, like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, where they won’t get harassed by paps and can bring Blue up as part of a normal family,” a source told Look magazine.

The only problem with that is they would be unknowingly going into the media frenzy-liar of the paparazzi, a french word meaning “crazy people with cameras.”

“They’d already been careful to mislead the public into thinking Blue was due in February, so no one would show up at the hospital in New York, and Jay-Z also made arrangements to block off her maternity suite from everybody else,” the insider told Look.

“He sent in a team of security experts to assess what they’d need and where to place the guards. It was like a president was going to be in that hospital!”

The “Talk That Talk” singer tweeted a photo of herself on a treadmill Thursday, showing that she does care about physical fitness.

In another photo, the pop star is seen chilling out, laying on a lawn in a  swimsuit, blowing a kiss at the camera.

There was no word on whether or not the pics were taken by a mystery lover or Chris Brown, who reports say she’s been secretly seeing for more than a year.

Okay, the 30th birthday bash was cute but when will actress Gabrielle Union and NBA baller Dwayne Wade get married?

The two have been an item for more than a year now after Wade’s divorce became official. Over the weekend in honor of Wade’s 30th a Miami car dealership gifted the guard a McLaren valued at nearly a quarter of a million dollars.

Several celebrities, including many close friends in the NBA, have popped the question and Union has got to be thinking that it’s in the near future. However, that’s not what they’re saying in public.

“We’re not rushing it,” Wade recently told Essence. “Both of us have been married before, and we understand that if we choose to marry again, we want it to be right. We both took failing at marriage hard. The next time it’s gotta be forever.”
Sounds like the couple agree on the necessary basics but when it comes to filming their marriage for a reality show – the couple share a different perspective.

British actor Idris Elba won a Golden Globe last night, taking best actor in a mini-series for his protrayal as ‘Luther’.

The actor has seen his star rise in Hollywood in recent years after playing a sophisticated drug dealer in the hit HBO series “The Wire.” But he’s more than just a typical thespian.

Elba has a record company and is an accomplished underground rapper. His style is sing-songy but he can go hard every now and then as well.
