The broadcast for “Basketball Wives” finally aired last night, and it was as staged as a grammar school recital, and about as childish.
The whole gang was there, including resident bad girl Royce Reed, Shaunie O’neal, Jennifer Williams, Evelyn Lozada, who’s still trying to live some stuff down, Vanessa Davis, “Sandra,” and Suzie Ketcham.
I appreciate Sandra saying, “I do have that hood in me.”

The show will be back next season, after enough drama to play two NBA game sevens and surpass anything Kobe and LeBron has done, well almost.

Lady Gaga recently appeared on a Japanese TV show, and, well, she’s bigger than Godzilla over there.
Well, almost.
The Poker-faced music star is riding high after the successful “Telephone” video that borrowed heavily from Tarantino, who borrows heavily from the Japanese.
Gaga was in rare form in the Asian country,even sporting a tattoo that literally read, “I love Litte Monster.” No word if she was referring to a love child with a litigation-hurling ex.

The nerds have finally did it: They have created what they call “The Perfect Woman,” a robotic female that does their every command with an uncanny realness.
No more head aches. No more unexplainable crying during the ballgame. That’s it.
Thanks to advances in artificial intelligence, technology has done the unthinkable. As always, we can blame the Japanese. It was just a matter of time before the epicenter of all things electronic — and Godzilla — would try to accomplish what God has chosen not to. I don’t know if these ‘women’ are for sale or not, but if I happen to be jollying down the isle at Sears, or Home Depot (no, Lowes, Lowes would have them) then I may be tempted to “kick the tires” so to speak, but no thank you. I’ll pass (unless they come out with black ones).
Seriously, you can’t put femininity in a can. Besides my worst nightmare is a race of Terminator babes with a faulty kill-switch and a quick trigger finger. No thanks.
